    Opinion on training format

This is a repost from Frank's FB page asking how you the shooters feel about an alternative training format.

Hey y'all I'm looking at making some changes for the better to my courses for 2015. I'm considering offering more 1 day courses instead of 2 day courses. Here's an overview of what I'm thinking. 1 day courses, max 15 shooters, shooters will receive one of my DVDs when they sign up (included in course fee). The intent is for the DVD to serve as an intro to my system and a review. I think this plus smaller class size and how I run the class will result in shooters getting more out of the day. The days would be VERY solid range days. I'm looking at 2 flavored or classes. Performance shooting for more experienced shooters and also courses for newer shooters. I am absolutely looking to do more of these at my home range and do them the Friday before my 2 gun match (every 2nd saturday) this would be pretty solid for the shooters because I have 11 bays on my range with over 100 pieces of steel also 3 rifle ranged out to 475 yards with steel, cars and plenty of natural terrain. All that adds up to some very good shooting and training opportunities. I'm looking at a cost of 250 for the day which will include the DVD and match fee if you want to stay and shoot the match. Let me know your thoughts.
