Looking for BUDGET Long Range Course, SoCal

Yes I know the first thing someone will say is "don't cheap out on training" or something to that effect

I know I get it and trust me if I could afford to go the Premier Rifle Training in LA for a $500 2-day course I definitely would. But I can't. That's way more than I have to spare.

I need a decent fundamentals class on the bolt gun for hunting. I am primarily a bow hunter and I just don't feel comfortable shooting big game with the rifle skills I have at the moment. I imagine there has to be something more basic and cheaper out there close by.

Much appreciated guys thanks in advance.

Dont pay.Attend matches see what others are using.Shooters ,especially those that are experienced are all to eager to share their knowledge.
The more you shoot the better you will get!
    Keep it simple!

Scott Olson who teaches through Academy of Saint Crispians is a good instructor with reasonable prices. See here: http://www.stcrispian.com/Rifle.html (about half way down the page). I took his two day class because I didn't have a good understanding of the fundamentals and I felt that I definitely got my moneys worth. He doesn't really have a hunting angle to the class but I'm guessing most of it would translate well.
