Same trick used to fix cross dominance. If you are right handed and right eye dominant, put a piece of scotch tape over your shooting glasses on your right eye. You left eye will automatically look for the front sight, even though you think you are seeing with your right eye. You may do alot of blinking at first, but it does work. Best to use multiple targets so you get used to transitions.

Close the one eye then open and focus on a point about 100' away. It takes a few times but once you get it its like a bike.

I started with the "tactical wink" which is sort of a half non-dominant eye open, and then worked into more and more open. It takes conscious and consistent effort.

Wouldn't the scotch tape cover the left eye so that the shooter gets accustomed to keeping it open instead of squinting with only the right eye open while shooting?
