Does this feature exist in ANY commercially available Shot Timer ? Suggestions ?

Hello Every one.

I could not find this information or my google-fu is weak lately. I am looking to upgrade the shot timer.

I am looking for a shot timer that can hold multiple "par" times and present them in designated sequence. This is for shooting a Qualification Course, which is usually fixed. I am looking for a timer which will allow me to program the below course of fire and progress with a simple touch of a button. Below is an example of one such course, as you can see the "par" time needs to be changed 8 times. With an average of 12 repetitions, it is a lot of fumbling :-/ With 15 shooters on line in each group, it leaves limited time and attention the instructors can devote to shooters.

Also the buzz/beep should be loud enough in a desirable frequency as the shooter line gets long, preferably without an external speaker. I appreciate any help in finding a solution. Thank you.

I was on the phone with the company and got transferred 3 times. I am told that the 7kPro allows for 20 entries in the multi PAR section. It takes pushing the button to activate each one.

It is just the feature I am looking for. Unfortunately we do not have much choice. Regards FD

Not sure if it will fulfill your needs but check out the CED7000PRO Shot Timer since it is a "fully functional match computer".

It's fairly easy to set par times, not sure that there are any that do that many par times.. At bigger matches where there are several par times (IRC Standards in particular) we just have multiple timers set to the par times at each of the relays.. One set for 9 sec, one set for 7, and one set for 10. If it were me, I'd just set the par time for whatever is at hand at the moment.. If you are organizing something for a bunch of people, there may be need for a laptop and programming involved.

How many "par" settings does this have? Also dont they ALL get activated automatically by touching the button only once?

What Qualification Course? Shot timers are made for USPSA/IDPA/Steel Challenge/3 Gun, etc, ie, Nationally and Internationally sanctioned matches. Is this a one off, one time qualification?
