    Training Question

How many of you out there would attend a training class at sacramento valley shooting center if I could get my best friend and firearms instructor to fly out to do a 1 day for a 2 day course. He is the owner of FPL Defense out of fayetteville north carolina. He is a 17 year veteran of the u s army And it is still enlisted and currently serving in a deployment in afghanistan With the 82nd airborne division. He is a certified instructor by the nra as well as north carolina department of justice for the the cc w licensing program there and has been training how to fayetteville for the last 7 years.

150 dollars per person for the 1 day course

275 dollars per person for the 2 day handgun course

I am trying to get a headcount so that I can see if it will be cost effective to bring him out here after his deployment during is block leave.

In addition to his own knowledge base. Between he and I we have over 23 years of u s army experience both have special operations exposure and training. Between the 2 of us we have train with bruce gray, tiger swan, yancey harrington, dave harrington, larry vickers, and a plethora of military shooting courses.

I am always interested in more training. However, there is a lot of training available regularly the Sacramento area from both well-respected local/regional companies as well as nationally-known organizations.

As such, it would be helpful to know what is different/better/unique about the kind of training your friend offers, or how it might represent a better value than what is presently available.

I don't pretend to be an "authority." I'm just a guy who trains a lot, shoots a lot and has a perspective.

Given those qualifications, I'll definitely pass.
