Wanted to but had a schedule conflict with the Lousiana Gator Classic. While Nat's is always fun, heads up against the Gator, it was a tough call.

I was all set to go. New Benelli Salient, new loading system TGO. New TechWear shirts.
But still in hospital with viral meningitis. About 20 shooters from Sac Valley NCPS are heading down for the match. Would of been my 6th nationals. Oh well, it is back in Vegas next year. Good luck to all the SacValley 3 Gun Team members.If you can't shoot good, at least look good shootingComment

Lots of DQ's, one guy got it for handling taking his CR speed belt off with his gun on the back of his truck, rule was only handle in the safety area.Comment

The MG Nats were great. Soooooo many good shooters.
Yes, there were also a fair amount of DQ's. But all the calls were solid, and were the result of inexperience, shooting faster than your skill level (especially with all the super-shooters around you), heat fatigue from long days in the sun, and a few were just silly mistakes. (Even from national-level shooters).
It was a great time!!
