IDPA scenario - shooting while parachuting

Sometimes we IDPAers get a little over-creative with scenarios. This one probably falls into that category, but in all honesty, the skills this one exercises are pretty good ones to have.

Now that looked awesome! Talk about setting a high bar for state matches.

Now put the chair on a zip line moving towards the targets, as was done on one of the episodes of Top Shot.

They both copied USPSA Area II and Mystery Mountain. That's usually done every other year.

Never did a zip line at Area 2 or Superstition? but I have done a roller coaster, fire pole and hanging from a chute harness at them.

Awesome! Not very practical, but less practical is often more fun and that looks like a whole lot of fun. I wonder if the guy who dropped his magazine received a procedural. Hardly seems fair.

Gryff, I will send you my entry fee today if you commit to including that in the next California State Championship.

I'll get back to you. I'm still too sober to commit to doing the match again.

But...that doesn't look like to would too tough to build...and I'm a huge fan of letting other people invent the wheel...

Raise the entry slightly and you could just bring in one of those carnival ejection seat rides. There are 2 seats one for the shooter and one for the SO. I am already picturing Wayne J. holding the timer why you shoot it. It could pose a 180 problem as you get to the top and rotate on down. I have faith you'll get that worked out.

Some fun looking stages posted! Zip line looks to be the toughest.

This thread leads me to believe I need to come up with something crazier. I better start brain storming.
