What could an armorer do that neither of you guys can do? Just wondering?

Most armorers (that I've met) and especially the Glock factory guys that go to GSSF matches have a kit of parts and can QUICKLY go through the pistol and find out what's broken and replace it, generally free of charge or for just the price of the parts.

The GSSF guys will do it completely free of charge, but I generally pay for their lunch, or bring them a six pack for all the work that they do for free.

I have had to fix Bobs' Glocks.... seems like I'm the only one with spare trigger reset springs, strikers, striker springs and recoil spring assemblies.... I remember popping the top off his 1st gen G17 and could not see the trigger group. Course it probably had over 200,000 rounds thru it(maybe the last 50,000 witout cleaning).

No, Bob knows whats going on.
