Professional Security Officer "Guard Card" (POA & WMD) Training Class OnLine!

Get the Training, and get the Job! The initial GUARD CARD course can be completed right now, from where you are sitting, in the convenience of your own home, all at once, or complete it as you go, to fit your schedule.
In order to work as a Security Officer, Executive Protection Agent or other Protection Professional, you need to either have a PPO License (Private Patrol Operator) or you must have your California "Guard Card", and then work for a Licensed PPO. (Security and EP Companies in California are Licesned as PPO's)
We have developed a simple solution to help you get your California Guard Card as soon as possible, by doing this training OnLine. It's very simple to do, you must be a California Resident, and meet all of the minimum requirements listed on the BSIS Website for the Security Guard Card. Additional training is required only after being hired, and much of that training can be done in-house with your company (e.g. Post Orders, In-Service Training, etc.)
We also offer Security Enhancement and Advanced Training for Security Officers and EP Professionals that want to apply for higher paying jobs and Government Contracted Positions that require the Exposed Firearm Permit, Baton, and O.C. Pepper Spray Certification. We also offer Advanced Handgun Training every month. Please check the "Training" Page of our website below for more details
California Exposed Firearm Permit Initial Class $200.00,(14-hour Class, 1-1/2-days) Submit a firearm permit application, pay the $80 application fee, and submit a Security Guard Registration w/Firearm Permit Live Scan form signed by the Live Scan site operator. A $38 Firearm Eligibility application, $32 DOJ fingerprint processing fee and $19 FBI fingerprint processing fee must be paid at the Live Scan site. Save money when you submit your Guard Card and Firearms Applications at the same time.

You must bring Proof of Citizenship or Legal Residency with a valid Passport, Birth Certificate, INS Photo Identification or Naturalization Documents with photo, U.S. Military I.D. and/or DD-214. Pre-Pay at the American Shooting Center.
