Precision rifle instruction wanted

I'm going to be in the Sacramento area on the weekend of April 2/3rd and would like to find someone to help me with precision rifle work. I'm looking to spend about $400 for the weekend.

I would like assistance with zeroing, reading wind, adjusting parallax, range-finding with MOA/MOA reticle and general marksmanship/precision shooting skills.
