    NCPS Pistol Match 1-23-2011

Great match!!!!!!! The 6-stages were all great and well thought out. Good use of no shoots, steel, swingers, Texas Stars, doors, walls, ports, and barrels. It even included some kneeling and prone shooting. All were field courses except for the 1-classifier and fairly high round count.

Congratulations to Carlos and the Stage designers.

Probably best NCPS pistol club match in 5 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was definitely above average to say the least. Lots of walls and good fast stages with a decent round count. Our squad pushed it on a couple of them and we either crashed or burned. However, with 8 out of the top 15 (and half of the division winners) in our squad, I'll say we did some damage. Great turnout too of 65 shooters.

Glad to see a couple of my SDPS buddies there too.

+1, Great match, excellent stages. Had some IDPA shooters shoot the match.
They had a blast, learning how to "Run and Gun". Think we hooked them, said that they will be back. At first they were shocked at how may rounds I told them to bring, 250! Now they understandy why! LOL! 2 Texas Stars! Thanks again to Carlos and his crew of stage designers and builders.
If you can't shoot good, at least look good shooting

Yes, +1. We got some of our shooting buddy in Richmond came and I got some of them to sign up for membership too. Carlos is working really hard to bring/give a good match every month. I appreciate his hard work and to the board and members of NCPS!!!
