    Mag Pouches

I am competing in my first IDPA steel match on sunday. I need to pickup a few mag pouches, and I seek advice on a brand... I would like to find something in the cheaper range, but not a piece of crap... I am not looking for the best out there, just some that work... Thanks...

I use a dual Uncle Mikes kydex mag pouch for my Glock 19. Nothing fancy but it works for carrying 2 mags during IDPA.

Thanks BigAl..... Since posting, I found 2 uncle mikes pouches... Unfortunately, it is very stormy here and it looks like the match might not happen... I might have to wait untill January 22nd for the next one.. I am going to head out any way to see iff there are any hard core shooters that are still going to go through with it.

I am sure you are Hard Core.... Your wife made you stay home....

The weather actually cleared up for the shoot. It was a little windy, but not bad. Theyonly ran 5 stages instead of the 7 since the weather sucked. I took the limited 10 class since there were only 2 of us. I think I did prety well. no points off for bad behavior... I only missed 8 times in the whole match. I will be back in January and I hope to se you there.. I am hooked..

P.S. I didn't get any Uncle mikes stuff from Santa maria, so you can blame someone else for that........

            ADDICTING, isn't it!?

Sounds like you did some GREAT shooting.
Was there only 2 of total shooting?

See you on the 27th in SM.

There were 8 total there... It makes my chances of getting in the top ten prety good... There were two of us with .45's The other guy also had a TRP operator(They have one in at Range Masters that is just begging to come home with me... Anybody want to buy a Gold Cup????) There were three people shooting some fancy 8 shot revolvers, and 3 people with .22's

What kind of holster are you using for the TRP???

I am using a Comp-Tac and I am VERY pleased with it.

Comp-Tac is simply the best to deal with!

Sounds like you had fun. I can't believe someone else had a
TRP Operator at the match. I am just hoping that the SA 1911
Target in 9mm shows up soon. It is to be my Steel gun.
