Has anyone been to a shoot put on by these guys? I am thinking about doing some IDPA, but I am a beginner and I'm looking for an easy transition into the sport. Any reviews from a shoot?

Shasta Shooters
Hi Benjamin. I have shot with the Shasta Shooters since February this year. They are an USPSA club. They usually shoot 5 or 6 stages including a classifier. There are some shorter, simple stages and some longer, higher round count, stages with a lot of movement. I've had a great time there this year. Good group of guys. Very helpful to new shooters at the club. I shoot IDPA matches in Gridley the 3rd Sunday of the month. For me, shooting Production in USPSA, it isn't a big change, but watching how many rounds the Open and Limited shooters put down range without reloading is different. They're both a lot of fun. Give it a try. Mark
