    2010 CA Tri-Tip, Win a Glock!!

    Hi,

Just a reminder that the 2010 Tri-tip is fast approaching, June 26th. All paid entries get you a ticket in the raffle to win a Glock Certificate kindly given to us by Dave Sevigny. We have also heard, but don't have official sign-ups, that several other well known top shooters are coming to this match. You can sign up here,

Don't forget the Night Match! We will shoot several stages after dark using whatever light or laser combination you want to. It is a 100% cash payback for the night shoot.

We are going to have 8-10 stages with the round count approaching 300 rounds for the day match

It sounds like its going to be a great match. The Hogue range is a terrific facility and the SLOSA folks always have fun and innovative stages.

My only apps is done and the check is in the mail!

      Night Match

And don't forget that we do a night match with your choice lights and/or lasers in the dark. The night match is a 100% cash payback match. It's a ton of fun if you have never tried it.

Awesome match. My first time ever running production. 6th overall, 4th division and 2nd in the night match behind Dave Sevigny. I'm really happy with that.

The night match was the sh*t. 4 stages of madness. The cop lights and siren coming from the real cop car topped it off. Actually the prize money did. $195 in my pocket. Can't wait for next year.

Thanks again for putting it on guys ( SLOSA ).

Had a great time as usual, nothing like being able to camp at the range for the weekend in the cool Morro Bay weather. Shot some trap Friday night, the Tri Tip match on Saturday went to town for a nice seafood dinner and then shot the night match in the evening. This years night match was over the top. No standing in one position for every stage, the match staff modified 3 of the field courses that had been shot during the day. Being able to run and gun with your lasers and lights was something that can't be described unless you have done it. Shooting paper and steel with a real patrol car parked on the bay with it's lights and siren going on really gets the adrenaline going. Shooting an all steel speed course in total darkness can be a challenge without a laser can be a little difficult as some found out.

This was the second year for the night match and my only regret is that they only do this once a year. hint hint

Thanks to the San Luis Action Pistol crew for all their hard work and gracious hospitality.
