I've been thinking about taking a course like this. Thanks for the post.

    Where was the training held?
Guns, dogs and home alarms. Opponents are all of a sudden advocates once their personal space is violated.

Why is it all the funny stuff happens to comedians?

It appears that the word is spreading at a very quick pace. Falcon was recommended to me by a friend who is of the high-speed, low-drag type and he put his name on the line when he told me that these guys have the proven skill sets. It's all about training to ensure that when things go south, you'll be the one going home to your family at the end of the day.

Here's the thread. Some reviews are in there!!!

As I said on that thread - you OWE it to yourself to take this course. We had a full gamut of folks there n00b (myself - can shoot at a range, but the rest was all new), LEO, former Military, folks who had taken the course, and we ALL participated and ALL learned!! I LOVED it.

You Should Train With Falcon Security Group

I was one of the LUCKY Calgunners to take the Tactical Pisol class yesterday with Falcon Security Group, and I can't recommend them enough. Read what everyone else has written about Falcon, they are top-notch. We all learned and had fun doing it. Voodoo, Odd-Job, Dutch, Babushka.....Great instructors, they push you, but don't ride you. No matter what your level, your skills will improve. If you get a chance, take one of their classes...pistol, carbine, shotgun, whatever. They Guarantee that you will be satisfied or they will give you your money back.......And I would bet they have never had one request for it.
              THESE GUYS ARE GOOD!
You guys actually have 9MM in stock????
              And it's How Much????

hey...for all you guys out there on the fence. these instructors are good.

for all the magpul dynamic fanboys out there, when travis haley could not make it to a training course, magpul dynamics called falcon to request one of their instructors to fly up and fill in.

needless to say, falcon's instruction is very well respected within the training community.

To all of you who attended our course yesterday for TACTICAL PISTOL I, we can not thank you enough for participating. We as instructors had a great time with all of you and talked about how well the class did overall the entire drive home.

I think someone posted a picture of Oddball, I mean Oddjob on the other link so take a look at him. I am sure Oddjob is loving it right now . Also, if you are not aware of the "Blue Falcon" you typically see them flying around with a Bus in one talon and a bag of dimes in the other talon....

As we mentioned at the end of the course. Those who attend one of our courses are able to return and take the same course again at 1/2 the price. The goal is to fine tune the fundamentals that you will need during stress induced situations to include the 2-way range if it develops and you are presented with the situation. Remember folks, as Col. Grossman says, "There are sheep, sheep dogs and wolves. Which one are you?"

Our next Tactical I Pistol course will be July 11. 2010 at Burro Canyon. Burro Canyon is our home based training facility. However, if there is a region of the planet that you would like to have our mobile training team visit please contact us and we can make arrangements.

Again, thank you all for coming yesterday and putting in 100% despite the heat, bugs and having to load so many mags.

Continue your training and investing in yourself, no one else will.

                        Regards,

                        FALCON Training Staff

Dutch - thanks for returning my ammo!!! And for answering my numerous questions... I kept dropping about a handful of ammo every time I sat down (n00b). Just wish they would grow into a 9mm ammo tree!!!

                              And - Welcome to CALGUNS!!!
