Never looked through current gen night vision and want to try? Ever shot a carbine with a full power laser in the dark? Have an itch to shoot vehicle mounted belt feds and fully automatic sub-machine guns but don't want to be stuck shooting indoors at 20 yards like every other place? Want to...

My experience goes back 20 years with military nvg's, and the experience was not good. The focal length was too particular to see a target at range if you're looking at the front sight post. If you look at your target, the A2 just became a fuzzy bar. Even holding the rifle was awkward because you had to hold the rifle so the rear sight wouldn't hit the nvg's during recoil.

The net result was sending rounds "that way. Probably."

Then you take them off, and your center vision is blown out. I'm sure a monocle style or newer ones are better.

I had experience with these: https://www.nvdevices.com/product/pv...ision-goggles/

I know they offered an NVG course in the past. Their schedule does not show an upcoming class, but perhaps you can reach out and contact for the next availability. They regularly offer classes in California as well.

Bill Blowers is an excellent instructor.

Look at TNVC website for training.

Sounds like you need 21st century gear and training.

I think Sootch offers one in the back of a burned out Chuck e Cheese somewhere outside Galveston. Two thumbs up!
