For #2 - you were overconfirming your sights... And not shooting with urgency.
At 7-yards paper and 10-yards BIG popper - for iron sights, you only need a flash sight picture (the front-rear alignment does not need to be too perfect).
For #3 - at that distance of the 1st and 2nd array, you should already be prepping your limbs to exit the position at the moment you break that shot.
You could also shave time making use of efficiencies by flowing naturally... One example is #5 in the center array (two partials - barrel - two partials). As you come into position, the rightmost target is what you see and should be shooting, but then you stopped/settled down, and then started from the leftmost target. Also, it would have been good not to enter too deep because you would again spend time backing out because of the right-side wall. On the last array, again you were going into position with three targets presenting themselves to you, but you instead chose to get into the corner and engage the leftmost (partial/hardcover) first. In my case, I could have saved an additional 2-secs if I engaged the right open targets on the move such that when I get into position I only have to engage the left-side partial/hardcover.
Just my few cents' worth... Higher classed folks here could provide better advice.

I know, right? Watching it on video now, what was I thinking?.

For some reason, I ALWAYS shoot targets left to right. I've got to work on that.
Thanks for the tip
