These memberships are coming from a fellow member. Not being purchased from Front Sight directly.

A Knight membership is being offered. That and a Founders.
Both these memberships are being offered well under $1000.00.

I assume the Knight membership is the same as The Order of the Knights membership…. Yes/No
Is there a transfer fee through Front Sight to become that level of a member?
Will joining through that membership now require the monthly service fees and $75 a day while training fee?
Why would a individual with such a membership for sale offer what costs directly through Front Sight massive dollars in exchange for pennies on that dollar?

I have a membership I purchased in the early 2000s. I am completely out of touch with how the new re-structuring affects those wishing to become a new member.

Plan to call Front Sight as realistically soon as I can.
The only membership that makes sense is the basic one that gives you everything other than private classes. That is about $100 or so from other FS members.

However, new members do have to pay the daily fee etc..

    Not a fan of TPC.

    Very competition focused.

Didn't see any of the "T" in TPC with the class that I took.....

    OMG!?!

I just looked at the route of that train... If that were the case - I'd just head out to TPC. ...

I am thinking that accessibility would be a worry for potential attendees. 2~3-hrs from the nearest airport? Wow!

That said - looking at Google Maps! Man! That place is a pain to get to… 90-miles from the nearest airport!?!

Rick Green will be putting on his own training in New Mexico

That said - do you really need to to FS to have a bragging rights’ trip? Just go to your local shooting range. With everyone having their targets at more or less 7-yards, push out your target to 25.

We're actually treating it as training. I can bring up to 9 with me for a private so figured that it was a great way to go out with a bang if FS does end up ceasing to exist, and bring a bunch of us together from all over who haven't see in each other in a while. It's a mix of a few of us who have been out to FS before and a some who have never shot before. Could care less about bragging rights, impressing anyone, etc. Its all about the group and who you surround yourself with and just having a great time. I purposefully didn't invite anyone I knew would be a turd in the punchbowl, would complain the entire time, or who would constant whine about being taught a differnt way when they were in the military 30 years ago but haven't shot a firearm since, etc. Made that mistake once before and they were never invited back. Consequently, that person who did complain and make excuses and resisted any kind of help from the Range Master and coaches ended coming in close to dead last on the test.
