Very, very empty....
Staff still professional and ready to train students who show up.
Drove around the property at lunchtime. Many good memories from over the years.
If approved by the court, I am very interested to see what PF does.
550 acres in the desert with 50 ranges and $24M plus being invested to start....Leave a comment:

Just finished 2-Day Advanced Tactical Handgun...
Great class, as always.
Lots of running and gunning and rolling around in the rocks on Range 14/15

4 ish # is a good weight. It is a FS thing thought. I have not had any other school check weight.Leave a comment:

Totally agree. It doesn't matter what the weight of the trigger is if you don't have your finger on it until you are ready to shoot.
I was appropriate for FS because of the number of new shooters and those still learning the basics of firearm safety.Leave a comment:

None of the places I've been check your trigger pull, but one of the places I've been said if anyone has an ND during the class they have to pack up on the spot and leave because their day of training is over at that moment. This is at a tactical class though. Not sure it makes sense to be running a super light trigger in a class that focuses on tactical or self defense training.Leave a comment:

Sorry to change the subject a little.
Do these other training courses, you guys have attended, require the 4lb. trigger pull? Or is that just a FS thing?Leave a comment:

That is what PF did, a "stalking horse". They waited in the shadows until they thought the time was right. I don't know if someone could wait until the last day, step in with a $50 or $100 million offer that outshines the PR offer though. Courts do have deadlines.Whether the BK Chapter 11 is approved or not, doesn't the owner still have the option to sell the business anyway, even if facing Chapter 7?? Any unchallenged secured creditors still get paid their claims?? Correct me if wrong, I think there is a challenge to the validity of the LVDF loan and default, just entered to the BK court by FS the other day. A lot of twists and turns, a lot being thrown out there. Just trying to observe the complex maneuvering!! Very confused!!
IANAL but the court is just a referee that is suppose to make sure the law is being followed. It suppose to let the parties involved come up with their own solution with guidance of the court. The lawyers have a duty to their individual clients to fight on their behalf and self interests, its all adversarial. Scream and yell, throw things and see what sticks. So throw things, file a claim/motion, see if the Court accepts or denies it. All those twists and turns, hell yeah its hard to follow. Next thing you'll know its Russia/Ukraine and someone just blew up your pipelines.
