I thought some more about this...

If Dr. P is in fact the successful "stalking horse", I can picture the following

If you think it appropriate, would you share your opinion of the situation as it develops? Impressions of future possibilities?

There are some people that it's just not worth engaging.

It's a muzzle BRAKE, not a muzzle break. Or is your muzzle tired?

So since the Debtor In Possession funding is approved by the judge, does that mean the good doctor Piazza retains control?

The Lender has asked that the Judge to appoint a Trustee - set for a Hearing on July 25th, because a Trustee must be appointed because the Debtor pulled out more than $5 Million Dollars from the Company. (Short run on sentence for summary.)

I had to look up the concept of Stalking Horse.
It can be anyone, doesn't mean its Piazza. If it were me I'd make sure Nash has nothing to do with FS.

Looking at my FS account, its shows dates out to December for the 4 day handgun. Just 1 course for every week. Seems it still shows as "free" but when you go to check out its $400. They did the work to change the site to charge you at check out but didn't up date thats its no longer free. Should be honest and just put up $400 for a 4 day and $200 for a 2 day.

So July is always a slow time.

But going from $50 background fee to
                  Buy ammo at FS
Pay $400 fee for a 4 days class

                  That changes a lot.

How do you keep all the staff there.

Any guess what many make? $10-$12 per hour?
Range masters $35k? Purely a guess
Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)

Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT

Rangemaster make p to $28 hr if I remember correctly. Cost of front sight is too expensive when you factor in everything else such as travel and lodging and such.

                      You don't.
I said goodbye to a few more staff members when I was there over the weekend taking Adv Tactical.
Quite a few are moving on due to the uncertainty and needing something more stable to support themselves and family.

This. Those with families need to look out for their future. You have some staff who have some sort of retirement income so FS is not their main bread and butter and they can weather it out. Hoping for the best but expect the worst.

Seems funny not goito front sight for the 4th. Went to all since 2004, except when COVID canceled.

Instructors were told to go on unemployment this week. Salaried managers are being kept on board. Not sure how that translates to the specialty private training like Precision Rifle as only a handful of instructors can teach it.

If they offer instructor development classes are they going to charge you 400 to take the class so you can work there?
