Is this the same Chris Cheng that got 50th out of 119 at a 2012 Glock match in Richmond, CA with a score of 100+ (very slow BTW). He only has one entry in Competition Division.

But to his credit is might not have won top shot at that point because the show was in 2012 as well.

Then in 2014 Richmond a 23rd out of 37, and a 14th out of 31 (Subcompact and Unlimited respectively).

He's good he's a proponent of the activity, and I guess is a good place to start if you have no experience shooting and need guidance.
