    Active Shooter Response Training | Piru | September 21

    California Tactical Academy is offering a course for the concerned citizen that will prepare and train for possible active shooter attacks. The first 2 hours of the class are FREE. This will include a classroom discussion on the active shooter mindset, the history of the active shooter in both America and abroad, how to respond and help keep yourself and others safe, warning signs of a possible impending active shooter.

    The full day course will additionally provide hands on training, including take downs and weapon takeaways, basic strikes, and more!

            I hope social media sites are not the only way you will make the public aware of upcoming training and events. I use neither if those sites. And for participating on calguns for a bit now, there is a decent percentage of us who do not use social media. Especially Facebook.
            This site, apart from profession related forums, is about as social as I care to get.
