Rapid Fire?

Greetings All
Can anyone please tell me where ranges are in southern California, in particular OC but also with 1-2 hour drive, that allow competition type, rapid fire practice?

The purpose is purely for IDPA and league style shooting where fast controlled pairs are required. I've searched and called. But you know how it goes, sometimes there are stones unturned.

It's members only, but if you join you shoot for free and you can set up your own targets (including steel) and run drills of any kind.

Desert Marksmen in the Angeles National Forest near Acton/Palmdale. Members only or as a solo guest of a member. There are also weekend 'discipline' oriented events that are open to the public.

In South OC (Laguna Niguel) on the Second Friday of each month we have a Cal Guns shoot where we take over one bay from 6:30 to 8:30p.m. with diner to follow. During that shoot, there is no limit on rapid fire (but no holster draw) In light of that, we rock the place LITERALLY. Belt Feds a plenty!

Also a great chance to practice your double taps etc.

Yes, and I believe it is $200, but not certain.

Hi and thank you each and every one of you for your reply and info.

I'm literally focusing a lot on that type of fire for competitive purposes and having another steel target sent out for the places I can use one.
