Just to let everyone who saw these videos in my thread http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s...d.php?t=146788, jelrod is my friend and in the videos. Not someone who just stole the footage.

We are very interested in teaching some classes to calgunners for free to get our names out there!!

We don't have an instructor bio as of yet. Still working on that website and while we have certain highly developed skill sets web design isn't one of them.

My brief bio can be found in SDSHTF thread.

                              02FEB2009

Thanks for your interest. The idea of this shoot would be for us to kind of showcase our abilities as instructors. Spartan has taught classes in the area before and we are once again trying to get back into instructing tactical classes. We are hoping to use Calguns and its members as a tool to get our name and reputation out in the San Diego area. Spartan chooses to use BLM land because it affords us the flexibility while teaching free classes to change dates and times whenever needed. We will use this option until we are able to truly get formal classes up and running. For those of you, from the LA area, who are not familiar with Jacumba; it's a BLM shooting area that allows for shooting in a tactical manner.

As for the class on 02FEB2009, again the general idea is to introduce Calgunners to Spartan Security Solution instructors, so we are planning to teach a general informal introduction as to what we would be teaching in all our classes. It will give you some insight into what we are capable of teaching. We are hoping to test our syllabuses, do a little market research as to what people are interested in, and would like for all those attending to walk away with some more tools for there combat shooting tool box. The course or will in the morning and probably run all day, there is no obligation however for students so if you must come late or leave early it will not be an issue. To maximize the class experience I would recommend brining 300 5.56, 100-200 secondary rounds, Kit and an open mind ready to learn. But we will work around what you have to maximize your learning experience.
