    Looking for USPSA practice, SoCal

So i'm new to uspsa and looking for somewhere to practice. Would love for anybody to point me in the right direction for any practice events! I'm geared up for production and have experience shooting but am open to any advice and just to learn and find some like minded shooters to help me grow. Thanks ahead of time for any help guys!

Every Saturday there is an USPSA match at Norco.

If the number in you username is any indicator, you're within an hour of some pretty solid USPSA clubs.

Feel free to checkout the USPSA club finder. I think it might be up to date (that's a general joke that we have about the USPSA website)

You'll also see some clubs post notices about upcoming matches in this subforum. Reach out to the organizers. I'm sure they'll all be happy to get you situated.

      Good luck!

        Looking for USPSA practice, SoCal

There aren't any regularly scheduled practice events that I know of (like up in Richmond). But there are a crap ton of matches pretty much every day of every weekend.

Hit the Norco match a few times, most of us there will be down for midweek training. At least one M or GM is also doing paid private lessons out there.

Norco, Prado, or Piru are the outdoor ranges w/ some form of membership and open bays. There's a couple indoor ranges where you can draw and shoot. And as mentioned before, there are no scheduled "practice" events.

How good do you want to get? And how much time do you have to commit?

I have some free time during the week and would love to meet with folks to train. I am a new bee though and can't really offer advice.

Do you happen to know how much the training costs?

NRG and PRG has a new shooter briefing at beginning of the match.

However, if you are looking for practice/ training time with instructor outside a match.. Specifically on practical shooting.

Sound off how many interested please..
