Richmond CA GSSF COF Distances?

I'm planning on attending the GSSF match in Richmond in August and after watching some YouTube videos of years past I noticed that the GlockM and 5 to Glock are the alternate CoF's.

Does anyone know the target distances used on these courses?

According to the PDF at http://gssfonline.com/pdf/courses/GSSF_NEW_Courses.pdf, Richmond uses Glock M - IV and 5 to Glock - VI

Richmond does the three standard courses of fire:

Glock the Plates - 11 yards

Glock'M (- 7 yards (paper), 11 yards (steel), and 15 yards (paper)

Five to Glock (V, I believe) - 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 yards
