Does anyone know where 16ga steel shot is available?

A friend of mine just got a Browning 16ga but he can't find steel shot anywhere. All the sites I usually go to, ammoman, ammunition to go and even gun broker doesn't carry this stuff. Anyone else have any sources? Thanks
