Alliant Reloder 23 (yes, you read that right)

I'll let the thread know how it works and compares to my beloved RL22 which my Swedes eat up, but not going post recipes as with most people using modern actions and pushing 140's quickly, it'll be well over book (even if "book" isn't well established for RL23 yet.)
