I've got the Sinclair Wilson Ultimate Stainless trimmer (and love it btw) http://www.sinclairintl.com/reloadin...prod39292.aspx. Been using regularly for about a year with the power adapter and enjoying the consistent trim lengths.
The other day I think I may have applied too much pressure on the drill & ran it too fast. It created a burr on the carbide cutter and I ruined the bearing, cutter, and the power adapter, all in one clean swoop.
I sent an email to Wilson with pictures of the carnage inquiring about purchasing the parts separately. They responded almost immediately. They don't manufacture that cutter or adapter, but they had a new bearing in the mail free of charge that day. This even though I purchased everything through Sinclair.
I know the Dillon folks are used to it, but its still great to see that type of customer service in the gun industry. Just wanted to give them a 'shout out' from a satisfied customer.
