Reloading 9mm Luger

Does anyone have a good recipe for:
9mm Luger
Rainier 115gr Plated Round nose
Remington, Federal, prograde Brass
Federal primers
Titegroup Powder
Shooting out of Glock 19

Looking for a load that is accurate and not too hot!

You're no fun! Suggesting he do the correct thing instead of one of us just making up something like 'stuff the case with as much Retumbo as you can'.....OP, get some manuals. Lyman and Lee are probably the first choices, books from the bullet makers if you buy their bullets. You can thank me later....

I'm using 4 grains of TG with 124 grain hardcast truncated flat nose. Very minimal leading. Make sure you use taper crimp

I'm not sure what your level of experience is but here's my personal advice. I think what people are trying to tell you is that there are no shortcuts to doing your own homework. Don't be lazy! Consult published data from the powder manufacturer and bullet manufacturer. Look at OAL as well as charge data as they go hand-in-hand. Start at the minimum from multiple sources and work up, loading 5 rounds each and inspect your brass after firing each charge. Buy a kinetic bullet puller and don't be afraid to use it if something doesn't look or feel right (safety first). Read, Google, and read some more from all the boards---I've learned so much from these guys who have far more experience than me! Find out for yourself what works best in YOUR gun.

I did do my homework! I'm just asking to see others opinions and how they reload 9mm. Thanks for your opinion

Ok, that's cool then. Here's what I'm using that works well in my pistols:

4.2g Bullseye, 115g Hornady FMJ @ 1.13"
4.4g Bullseye, 115g Hornady HAP JHP @ 1.075"

4.9gr Unique, 124 gr extreme plated flat nose, 1.10oal

115gr FMJ RN with 5.0gr Win 231 - COAL: 1.150"

115 grain flat point Berry's or Rainer, 6 grains Unique, win small pistol primer, mixed brass, COL: 1.045". Note: this load I have used in Beretta 92, Ruger P-95, and Sig 228.

Since no one else actually gave you a load with Titegroup, 4.2gr with your 115s should work just fine.

Personal advise..... Reloading 9mm on a single stage press, it sucks. I quit until I acquire a progressive.
