That's why I gave her 800x with the 9mm, you can't create enough pressure to damage anything even if you double charged

You guys are lucky. My (ex) GF hated it whenever I reloaded. Or went shooting, for that matter.

I would explain why this type of activity appeals to females, but certain facts only serve to label you as sexist.

Look at most assembly lines and males are not the majority for a reason.

My wife is interested in reloading and has spent some time with me while I'm reloading but, she's a bit A.D.D. and can't sit still long enough to do it herself.

Wish I could get my SO into it but she hates firearms as it is. However, my son, whom is only 2, loves pulling the lever for me as I put the bullets on top of the brass. Gotta love the boy!

I am with this 100%. My kids sometimes help resize cases and seat bullets. But that is for lets say "limited production runs". I would much rather load solo.

I was showing off my Hornady Lock-n-Load to my an old shooting buddy (he's a Dillon guy) and he asked my, "Where's the case feeder" to which I replied, "She normally sits right there." pointing to the second chair in the reloading room.

If she hears me running the press, my wife usually finishes up what she's doing and comes down and starts feeding cases for me. I call it good together time, and she shoots as well.

Let my give you fair warning:

Your wife being into shooting is a double edges sword. It's great that she shoots and understands the "sickness", BUT you will find that you will buy more guns (which isn't a bad thing) the bad side is you will be reloading more and going through reloading components faster. Before my wife got pregnant and she was shooting UDSPSA and 3GN we were shooting 1500-2000 rounds a month of various calibers!!! That's a lot of time reloading and case prep and what not. We were going through a case of Montana Golden Bullets ever few months, that's 3750. WOW it was a lot of work, yea the wife helped out but it wasn't 50/50.
If you want change you have to put in your 2 cents, you can't just sit on the sidelines and whine.

About month ago I had my lady run through a quick class I gave with 2 references for reloading 9mm with OAL and charge weight for the projectiles I was ready to reload.

She cranked out about 100, with only about ~7 that didn't have fully-seated primers... I had her pull them, and re-run them through.
This is WAY better than her last 100 with about 25% with primers that weren't fully-seated.

Oh, I know. Collectively we go though about 1,000 rounds a month. The UPS guy knows our house well. But it's all good

My woman helped me ONE time. It was when I first started loading .380ACP. She walked in my reloading room and said, "wow, those little bullets are cute. Can I try?" She spent an hour loading rounds while I prep more brass. She never helped again.
