I stopped by my LGS today & they had this on the shelf.
It's probably 20 yrs. old but all the cans are sealed.
Time to dig out the old reloading manuals !

A little quick Googling suggests that the current Ramshot Silhouette powder is a clone of WAP, and that loading data can be used for WAP powder.

I just moved and my garage is one big pile of everything. But I have an old winchester manual in there and can dig it out. But it'll be a few days!!

Thanks fella's , there is still data out there it just takes time to track down
I'll mainly be using it for 38spl, 9mm & 45acp... Maybe 45lc
