I heard the auto disk doesn't like to drop low charge weights. I could be wrong though. Hopefully, someone with more experience will chime in.

My auto disk loads titegroup at 4.0 gr just fine and super consistently. I'm thinking you're using the wrong size disk hole or maybe the measure needs to be cleaned?

I agree that a good cleaning would help.

They are plastic, static electricity? Might try wiping everything down with a dryer fabric softener sheet before assembly.

My hopper didn't load right until I took it apart and sprayed it with cleaner, gave it a good polish.

Titegroup is great at clumping together and clogging up the tiny holes in low charge weights. I had a heck of a time with titegrouo and ended up switching powders. Doesnt really help you, but that was my experience.

so i tore everything down washed and cleaned everything up. same problem. i switched out the charge bar for the disc and now its throwing a consistent 4.0gr with a 4.2gr here and there.

Why don't you just stick with the discs? I know the charge bar is nice in theory but if it's not throwing charges consistently then there's no point in using it.

I tried both the disk and charge bar, and found the disk to be more consistent.

thats what i will be using... i have the complete opposite happen with 1200r it hates the disc and works perfectly with the charge bar....

Yeah, I much prefer the disks, I'll walk away from the press for a week or 2, come back and it's still throwing perfect charges.
