Hello;
Here is an excellent thread on the RCBS Universal APS Hand Primer tool

(frak! ... I hope that this word comes through ... I have been watching too much Battlestar Galactica re-runs lately ... pooh on Netflix for taking it off of their on-line library!)

Good review. I prefer using the RCBS Strip Loader myself. I used to use the universal hand primer and it would take forever!
