Stamped on the base. 7.62x51 FLB77. Sealed primer.

I don't recall who made this ammo as I probably bought it 10 or more years ago.

UPDATE:

I got a PM educating me by telling me it is of Argentine manufacture.

It always amazes me how much knowledge is out there.
