Examples of Lazy Reloading?

I have a LNL I mainly use for 9mm and 45. Started reloading 223, 308, 300blk.

I hate changing calibers on the press which hurts my output. Last night I finally got another powder drop working INSTEAD of using an electronic auto charge.

Put the drop in my LNL so I can charge and seat in the single stage.

I REALLY need to load a couple 1K of 9mm and then prep 100s of rifle brass and switch over the LNL for batches of rifle rounds.....just too lazy to do so.

I dont think there is a lazy reloading and if there was I am sure the results were bad or catastrophic. Reloading is for patient minded individuals. You can do different calibers on different days. Dont rush it or something bad may happen and god forbid it does to anyone.

I don't it it lazy if you a Dillion you pretty much have get a powder drop per caliber, since the whole tool head come out.

I'm too lazy to change dies. I have two Dillons and three turret presses set up on my bench.

Once a die is adjusted I might as well weld the damn thing in. Bought a second 40/10mm set so I wouldn't have to lift a finger.
Also found I prefer the redding comp bullet seating dies. Way easier to tweak.
Yes, sitting on couch while I type this.

When I first started reloading and watching this forum, I thought it was crazy that folks had 3, 4 or 5 presses set up. I mean, after all, they're made so you can load multiple calibers, right?

NOW I get it .. I don't want to have to change anything, once I'm dialed in, unless I have to use a new powder

I don't mind changing dies/powder measurer. You guys need to start loading in bulk, I won't load on my progressive unless it is 1k+ Rounds going to be done.

Started in the 50's with an old single stage and a beam scale...now have a little newer single stage and a 5-0-5 beam scale..so far so good...never had an issue (yet).

if only i had the room for 3 more 1050's.... I wouldn't need to change calibers any more...

You were using an electric powder dispenser on a progressive press??? Never saw that before....everybody else seems to use a powder measure of some sort to throw a charge during the cycle. I can see why you're lazy, it's tiring doing it the hard way...

I use an RCBS single stage, rock chucker I guess? RCBS 10-10 beam scale, RCBS powder dispenser, Forster hand turn trimmer, RCBS hand turn flash holes tools and debur'r and a LEE/Disk hand held primer. Hell I didn't even have a tumbler till about five years ago! and yes I have turned out thousands of rounds. Like the Energizer Bunny we keep going and going and going.

Same here. I thought multiple presses was nuts...still do.
I can certainly understand the desire for multiple presses, but not really the need to justify the cost. Some guys have a Dillon 550/650 for each caliber. Those presses already have the ability to swap tool heads, why a whole new press? The separate tool heads with separate dies and powder measure are what, $250 to $300 each? With the cost of the press you are at $1,000 per caliber?

I bought an LNL. This isn't a red vs blue post.
Is the LNL perfect? Absolutely not. But it is more than sufficient. Caliber changes take some time but not too much once you have done it a few times.

Once dialed in people with mutilple presses do not like to change or alter much if they have it dialed in for their own preference. I only run thr 650 for pistol calibers and itd only for 9 and 45. The rock chucker has been through tens of thousands of rounds and now only sees rifle rounds.

The only lazy part I do is hand priming on the couch or watching my som.
