Don't worry about compressed loads. I crunch Varget all the time. I'd be more concerned with the the load not shooting well or not getting the velocity I wanted with too slow a powder. If it works well, use it.

I had three different sources, which matched up. Mostly.
One source is the Lee manual, one source was Quickload, and the third source was Alliant themselves.
