45 acp load data for 5744 powder

Anyone have load data for 200-230 grain bullets in xmp5744 powder? I picked up couple pounds at show. It works for reduced loads for 223 and magnum pistol loads 41 mag and up. Wondering if it will work for 45 acp.

Eh probably not 45acp tends to like fast pistol powders like Bullseye. You got you some fast rifle powder, or very slow pistol, very slow.
If you want change you have to put in your 2 cents, you can't just sit on the sidelines and whine.

5744 is slow burning powder. I use it in 45-70. I doubt it will work in a 45 ACP.

When I tried it in my 454 Cassull it left a lot of unburned powder on the bench.
