Anyone have a good source for .358" plinking bullets?

I'm looking for some .358" bullets, preferably round nose, to load .35 Remington. I just need plinking rounds and don't want to pay $30 for 50 bullets for plinking ammo. Does anyone have a good source for some cheaper projectiles? I checked the big sites and don't see any, hoping someone has a good source.

I usually buy xtreme bullets, really with they made some!

    Thanks a lot!

Never initiate force against another. That should be the underlying principle of your life. But should someone do violence to you, retaliate without hesitation, without reservation, without quarter, until you are sure that he will never wish to harm - or never be capable of harming - you or yours again.

Oregon Trail makes nice bullets for a very reasonable price. I use them in several calibers.

What kind of weight do you need. Lee makes a mold for like $30 that can do 158 grain truncated cone for .357 and the like. They always come out at .358 or even larger for me. Get a junk pot from the thrift store for $1 and a $6 lee ladle while you're at it and you could have all the bullets you want.

I've considered casting but it would be a whole new thing to learn and I don't see myself doing it much. The 35 rem is a friends so too deep into it. Thanks for the info and to those who posted links.

                  I think it's for 10% off.

random thought - what are you loading them for? I ask because what comes to mind when I think 35 Remington in the marlin 336 which is a tube fed lever action, in which case I would highly recommend using a flat point vs a round nose, though you "should" should be alright using a soft lead round nose, why take the chance.

Casting is EASY. I used to think that way too, and I could kick myself for no starting earlier.

I use 312 pistol bullets for fire forming and plinking with my Enfield rifles. And why I posted the plated pistol bullet link below.

I have seen lots of load data for jacketed 158gr pistol pills loaded in 35rem cases for plinking .... but they would not measure .358 like these 200gr Hornadys

It's for a friends rifle, unsure of the brand but it's an old pump action, I'm assuming tube fed. Another member offered me a great deal on some spire points but only way he can shoot those in a tube fed is as a single shot.
