Has anyone use this powder for pistol loads and how dose this stuff meter in progressive powder measure?

Do you mean SR 7625?
IMR has no listing for IMR 4625 and it's not on the burn rate chart.
If it is SR 7625 there are some previous discussions about its suitability.

Now that I'm sure of the powder type it does meter well in a Uniflow.
