    222 rem brass 1x fired

    I was given bags of 222 Rem 1x fired brass mixed headstamped does anyone know the $ for this brass lots of 100 or more thanks

    I've been paying about $2.50 to $3.00 per pound, plus shipping in the last couple of months. 222 Rem isn't anything with especially high demand; making 5.45x39 out of it, I think, is about the only other thing to do with. Other than just reloading as 222 Rem. You'll see lots of brass listed for $5 a pound, but it doesn't seem to sell; lots of bumping the ads.

    Now Weatherby or some other rare and strange case, that will sell for lots more.

        I would take a couple hundred pieces of that 222 brass.
        I have an old sako rifle in 222 that I have never fired...
