7.62 (.308) Ammo ID question

I just picked up from a friend 200 rounds of 7.62 ammo that is stamped "MAL 7.62 11-83". Am I right to assume it's made in Malaysian and 11-83 is the date of when it was made?

Also, just curious how much this would go for if I decided to sell all 200 rounds...thanks anyone for the help!

Not sure if it is berdan primed so that would make a difference in price . . .
