    NRA Reloading Class

Does anyone know where in Southern California the basic NRA metallic cartridge reloading class is offered? I sure would like to attend. Thanks in advance.

I believe ASR offers a reloading class though I don't know if they're NRA certified.
I'm only smiling at you while you talk to me because it's hilarious that you really think I give a crap about you.

As I've gotten older I thought I was gaining patience, then I realized I simply don't give a crap.

I think the Reloading Store at Angeles range offers something like that. Ask them.

http://www.allsafedefense.com/ Call TJ. I took a reloading class with him several years ago and he is a great instructor. He is in the city of Orange.

I would not trust the reloading class at Angeles Shooting Range - Reloading Store , The guy the gives the class is not the brightest...... He loves to argue about sheet he knows nothing about.

example 1a: He was swearing up and down that a 1/9 twist barrel has a faster twist than a 1/7, he was saying, "the higher the number, the faster the twist!"

example 1b: He also told me that a 1/7 barrel can not stabilize a 77gr .223 bullet, while the faster 1/9 twist barrel can.

I dont know about you, but I would never take a reloading class from a guy who know nothing about barrel twist and bullet weights.

let me know how that turns out for you. I wouldnt mind taking a reloading class, but I am not really interested in all the "other" stuff included in that package. I mean if it turns out to be something really great.. then sure - I still would like a straight reloading class

Talk to Frank at Irvington Arms in Fremont. If I recall correctly, they are a Dillon dealer and he runs (or used to run) classes on reloading with a Dillon press.
