Make sure you know what headstamp they are... You want them to all be the same... I had lots of problems picking up surplus korean brass. It would form great but was extremly thicker than lc and other commercial brass.. Cuased me lots of head ache with rounds not fully going into battery

$29.00/100 is definitely not a competitive price.

You can get $155/1K shipped and insured here.

Agreed but it's pretty tough to find this brass from what I've found. It's enticing for $250 per 1000 to have all of that work done.

The brass that I received from this seller are 99% once-fired Lake City brass. Fired off over 100 rounds last week and no problem.

$150/1000 shipped. Once fired LC, looks like you can get them annealed as well

Cut your own from .223 not that hard to do.

THIS! Yes it's somewhat time consuming, but if you reload you like that crap anyways! My fastest method is as follows. I found that with my trimmer, tumbling overnight eliminates the need to chamfer and debur, that really helps shorten the process. I have done about 2,500 pieces.

                        1. Cut to 1.370 with HF chop saw (go as short as you can go, makes trimming faster).
                        2. Tumble in walnut overnight (your tired from cutting anyways). This removes enough burrs to not interfere with your dies.
                        3. Decap and form brass.
                        4. Trim to desired length.
                        5. Tumble again in fine cob
                        6. Swage
                        7. Prime
                        8. Load!
