cool concept. I bet those loaded rounds look cute with those buttonhead round nose carbine bullets seated.

I wonder if you can just neck a 223 up straight to 30 cal with minimal or no trimming and load those guys to warp ridiculous and still fit the magazine. like a 30 carbine magnum.

If you have any 210 smk, 9.1 gr worked well in my 300 whisper

I also picked up a pound of of Accurate 1680 and x100 Hornady 208gr A Max. Using 11.5 gr of 1680 under a 208gr AMax and Tula 223 SRP makes a very nice load.

depending where you are, I have some 230gr lead (and powder coated) pills that are great for subs.

I was just reading that sierra published some data for #9.
I'm running IMR 4227 now with my mid weight bullets (130-168). I'm super happy with it compared to the 296 I was running. I think 110/296 works best at case capacity balls to the wall 110s and 125s.

I use 10.5gr of 1680 for my 230s btw. Work great in my pistol and lock the bolt back on the last round
