load data for m855 62gr

my book doesnt show a load data for it. can anybody help me with a load using AR COMP

Alliant lists a 68gr bullet so it would be some where around there.
As always, start low.

Winchester 748 is good, H335 is good, BL-C is good.

All I have at the moment is AR COMP.

I thought you had an AR with a Compensator. My mistake. No sweat.

Any pound of powder weighs 7,000 grains, that is good enough for only a little over 250 .223 rounds, or one day of light shooting.

When you burn-up the AR comp stuff you can switch over to ball powder that won the west, so to speak.
