    InLineFabrications Great Customer Service

I ordered an LED light for my SDB on a Tuesday and it was delivered that Friday. That was fast.
I plugged it in to see how it worked and it seemed to have a short in it. When I moved the cord the light would flicker on and off. Bummer. It was 4:30 in the afternoon but I thought I'd try giving them a call anyway. No answer but I left a message explaining the trouble. About an hour later I got a call from Dan (I'm guessing he's the owner). He apologizes and says he'll get another one to me right away. About an hour after the phone call (6:30) I get a shipping notice. I received the replacement light on Monday.
    That's great customer service.
Oh yeah, the new light works great.

I agree about the quick shipping. I bought one of their drop in led lights for my press and really like it.

I've been meaning to make a post about Inline Fabrication for the past week.

I emailed Dan last tuesday, asking which roller handle to buy for the rockchucker press. This handle was intended to be a gift, and I wanted to make sure I bought the right one. He responded tuesday night, after business hours, and gave me his recommendations. I bought it wednesday afternoon, and it was delivered to my home on friday! I couldn't be happier with his service, and my friend really loves the handle.

For those who don't know, He is also on Calguns. His username is 1in9twist

He has a lot of neat things on the website, and I'm definitely going to be buying more, awesome products.

He's located in Oregon so you should get things pretty fast. He used to be pretty active on here when he was 1st starting out, but haven't heard much from him recently, probably since his products got picked up by stores like Midway and Grafs etc.

I had a ergo roller handle on a LNL AP before but didn't like the feel. I do really like their "strong mounts" though. I got one on my single stage.

I've bought damn near every single accessory he makes for Hornady presses. Well built, great looking products. I did have some shipping headaches where multiple strong mount plates were scratched in transit, and had some back and forth with Dan. In the end, he made things right and I'm very happy with both the products & customer service.

Hi David. Naw, I am still here. I roll thru now and then and see what I can learn and keep tabs on things. I I just don't have as much time to relax and read threads as I used to. My 4 year old sees to that. The "extra" time I used to have has vaporized. But it surely is a fun age to play with the lil guy.

I am glad you guys like your gear and thank you very much for your support. The firearms community is an awesome group of cohesive brothers in arms and the best people/customers ever. Hit me up if there is anything I can help with or answer.

              Reloading should be enjoyable.
