Brass brand differences

Both specifically to a .300 win mag cartridge, but also in general...

Is it worth the added cost to get Lapua or Norma brass over Winchester or Remingtons?

The price seems to be almost twice as high. I've heard that Lapua is some of the best brass money can buy; does that translate into higher long term savings? For example, will the Lapua brass last me twice as many reloads as the Winchester?

Any thoughts are appreciated.

lapua is the best for good reason uniformity(weight,wall thickness),longevity etc and yes it will last longer...Don't let that stop you from loading winnie and remington brass though they will do good enough for the money spent ..But buy a box of lapua for the extra special loads..

Damn. I just noticed that Lapua doesn't make 300 win mag brass.

What about Norma? It seems really expensive, but is the quality good enough to justify it?
