Just wanted to post an experience I had with Brian. Last year I was looking for a reasonably priced electronic loading scale. I was avoiding the pocket models and low end stuff, the reviews looked really sketchy. The MyWeigh iBalance 201i that Brian sold looked to fill the ticket. Price point was mid-range, high for a simple scale, but not priced into the RBS integrated trickle drop/scale range.
After using this for a while, I noticed it appeared to limit the resolution to .2 grains. I did some slow trickles and it indeed would always jump to the next even decimal point.
Contacted Brian about this, was hoping it was a setting or ? Brian said his supplier changed the unit and it was limited to .2 grain resolution and he immediately stopped stocking this unit.
Brian gave me a no questions asked full refund on the iBalance unit, I only had to send in the battery cover w/ serial number to allow him to get a refund from his supplier.
With that great service I took his recommendation on the new Pro-Digital scale with .02 grain resolution he currently stocks. Looking forward to using this one.
Amazing when someone stands behind their products in this fashion.
