hornady brass

Does anyone know if the brass for hornady training ammo is the same brass as all their other loads (TAP, Match, etc)?

I saw this deal:

Does anyone know quality of this ammo?

Any advice on the quality of hornady brass? I thought the 308 hornady brass was very good, reloaded a few, and the brass was definitely better than standard winchster brass. Not sure if the training ammo has the same brass?

I can't say for sure, but I see no reason why they wouldn't use the same brass. It makes no sense to make two different kinds of brass that may get miked up during production. Military brass is usually thicker, and has less internal case volume. I don't think Hornady makes military brass.

I believe it is standard, featuring less expensive bullets and lower velocity loads. Note that Hornady has two brass specs, one being shorter for FTX bullets.
